This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Lebelime ("Company") governing the use of every Lebelime's mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If User does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, User must not use the App.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for User's personal, non-commercial purposes.
User shall not:
User acknowledges and agrees that Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein.
User acknowledges and agrees that Company may collect and use personal information in accordance with Company's Privacy Policy, which can be found at our privacy policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM USER'S ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, effective upon posting of the revised Agreement. User's continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute User's consent to such changes.
